Returns and Refunds
Each customer can exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without giving any reason within and no later than seven days from delivery, or from the day on which the Customer himself or a third party delegated by the latter acquires physical possession of the goods purchased.
This right must be exercised by completing and sending the appropriate form by post or e-mail.
All returns must be authorized by Danieli Customer Service.
Once the return has been authorized, the Customer must return the product at his own expense to the following address:

36040 Brendola (VI).
The return must be made within 5 days from the written authorization to the Customer.
The items must not have been altered and must not show any signs of use.
Each item must be returned including all labels, packaging, packaging and accessories received with the order.
If you are unable to organize the return shipment at your expense, you can contact Danieli Customer Service who will manage the collection of the goods with their own courier.
Danieli reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.
Once the products have been received (and their integrity verified) Danieli will, as soon as possible and in any case no later than 30 days , credit the Customer with the cost of the returned products (as indicated on the invoice), withholding the amount of the costs of shipment and collection which will be definitively charged to the Customer.
